  • UPS Next Day Air - Takes 1 Day plus 1-3 days processing time
  • We do not presently offer APO, FPO, and international shipping



Money Back Guarantee/Refund policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date for a refund. CPUs must be returned within 7 days from the invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 30% restocking fee may apply. Additional deductions may be made for CPUs returns to reflect the current market value. These terms apply to all refunds. All products are shipped with a repair/replacement warranty period. Customers must inform BestDuplicator.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

1. BestDuplicator.com SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - BestDuplicator.com offers our customers a 14-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except: notebook, computers, memory, microprocessors, network-attached storage, CD and DVD recorders/duplicators, CD and DVD-ROMs, camcorders, and digital cameras may be returned within 14 days of orginal purchase date.


1-1 Wanrranty for Duplicators

  • All duplicators sold by BestDuplicator.COM are covered under our Basic Warranty, one year part and labor warranty . Any product has a manufacturer's warranty beyond one year or as limited by BestDuplicator.COM, it is the BUYER"S responsibility to deal directly with the manufacturer for any repairs or replacements that occur beyond the one year warranty, or limited warranty.
  • During BestDuplicator.COM warranty periods BestDuplicator.COM will repair or replace all parts which prove to be defective during the specified BestDuplicator warranty period. However, customer must first obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number prior to returning, and BestDuplicator.COM will not warrant any products which have been subjected to improper freight handling/shipping, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or installation.
  • The warranty also will not cover products installed with non-BestDuplicator components and/or parts with broken warranty seals, missing serial number or having assembly trace damage.
  • Physical damage or customer induced damage voids any BestDuplicator.COM warranty. This warranty policy does not extend beyond the original BUYER.
  • BestDuplicator.COM reserves the right to request the total cost of any replacement of produects or the products itself, if later the products returned for warranty service are found to be physically damaged by the BUYER.

1-2 Refund / Exchange Policy for Duplicators

  • Merchandise returned for credit is subject to a restocking charge. Prior to returning any merchandise to BestDuplicator.COM, you must contact BestDuplicator.COM RMA Department to request authorization to return material. BestDuplicator.COM RMA Department will process the necessary paperwork and issue an RMA number which must be clearly displayed on the shipping labels on returned boxes. Returned goods must be shipped in their orginal boxes and packing materials with a copy of the original invoice enclosed. All manuals, the credit will be deducted accordingly. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an authorized RMA number.
  • Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 14 days within which BestDuplicator.COM must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
  • Returned Merchandise will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be received by BestDuplicator.COM within 14 days from the date of invoice for credit or exchange only. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we will charge a 30% restocking fee. Why? Claiming "defective" is the easy way out of a restocking fee just because you don't want the item. If it's defective we will replace it.
  • No refund, exchange, or credit returns will be issued after 14 days from the date of invoice. No exceptions. No refund or exchange of any item unless it is defective or unable to repair and unless you burner is listed on your purchased DVD media's compatibility list.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for return/exchage processing. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to BestDuplicator.COM
  • We keep serial numbers on all products every step of the way in our warehouse. Sometimes we find a customer has inadvertently returned an item that does not belong to BestDuplicator.COM. In such a case, the item in question will be returned to the customer with a request to send the correct item.

1-3 DOA Policy (Defective On Arrival)

  • Defective product purchased within three days from the original purchase data will be considered DOA (Defective on Arrival). BestDuplicator.COM will replace or exchange this DOA merchandise within two weeks upon receipt.
  • No credit will be issue for any in-stock DOA item.
  • BestDuplicator.COM reserves the right to refuse all DOA merchandise, if the returned merchandise has been tested and found that it meets and functions at manufacturer's specification.

Physical damage policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at BestDuplicator.com will effectively void the standard and/or Extended Warranty coverage.

Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for Refund or Repair/replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.

Restocking fee
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund after 14 days.

Processing time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. BestDuplicator.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Back orders
BestDuplicator.com does not sell backordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith send to a customer. In that instance we will refund your credit/Debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to your BestDuplicator.com login to alert you of the situation. Please note that in the rare instance that a backordered item occurs, your order's processing time will not be adversely affected.

Price matching / Price policy
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer price matching. For your convenience, all of our most current and lowest pricing is posted on our web site daily. Prices are not negotiable.


BestDuplicator.com does not cross-ship CPUs under any condition. All other items can be cross-shipped if:
1. Customer agrees to pay first.
2. The exact same item is in stock. All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer. Return shipping is a service you pay shipping companies.
- Under no condition will BestDuplicator..com cross-ship any item after 14 days of original invoice date.

Sales tax
Sales tax (8.75%) is only required for orders shipping within California state.

Order status
BestDuplicator.com will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check online status page for live updates.

Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

BestDuplicator.com Parts respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from BestDuplicator.com Parts are updates to any recent orders.

Change orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been charged. Please email anytime to change your order. Please always have your order number ready. When you change your order and then cancel your order later, $35.00 service fee will be charged in your refurnded payment. All service fees might be changed without notice.

Cancel orders
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approximately 7-9 business days.
